Upon filling out and submitting the application form above, customers will receive their Domino’s Emergency Pizzas for Student Loans in the form of a coupon code. Customers will receive an email from confirmation@dominosemergencypizzaforstudentloans.com with their coupon code, and instructions on how to redeem on Dominos.com or in the app. To redeem, customers will follow these simple steps:
- Build a medium 2-topping pizza and click “Add to Order.”
- Proceed to your cart to see your order.

- Enter the code and select “Add.”
- Select “Continue Checkout” to complete your order.
